Please read the shop policies etc very carefully as well as the descriptions of each product. An else seven transaction assumes that the buyer is aware of all the shop policies.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please read the measurements carefully as returns are not given for the wrong size. Please note that measurements are body measurements and are based on the pattern used in the case of the clothes. Returns are refunded through paypal. Shipping of returns is covered by the customer. If the returned object does not arrive back at else seven, we are not responsible, and the refund cannot be given.

Vintage items are sold as is and we describe them as carefully as possible. Vintage items may not be returned.

For handmade items - Please note that vintage/secondhand/rescued fabrics are not always perfect and may have spots, stains or faults due to their age or how they have been stored. In most cases, else seven products do not have such problems. However, sometimes stubborn marks may not be removed from a truly beautiful piece. In the case of any remaining marks, these will be listed in the description and photographed. For handmade items, else seven does not return for any marks/faults that were mentioned in the description.
